UPDATING AN ICON

The original Pro-Ject debut was released in the late 1990s during a time when CD was king and the vinyl format was presumed to be all but gone. But over two decades later the model still stands thanks to its enduring ability to offer exceptional value for money, class leading sound and timeless style.

8.6” ONE-PIECE CARBON FIBRE TONEARM

At the centre of the Debut Carbon EVO’s design is its 8.6” one-piece carbon fibre tonearm. Chosen for its optimal acoustic properties, carbon fibre is rarely found on turntables below £500, allowing the Debut Carbon EVO to stand apart from the competition as a special proposition.

DAMPED TO PERFECTION

The in-house designed and manufactured AC drive motor is made to fine tolerances for absolute speed stability. To further eliminate any potential interference the motor is decoupled from the main chassis by a new mounting plate along with TPE-damping.

For ease of use, the Debut Carbon EVO is equipped with a discrete speed control switch underneath the front lip of the turntable, allowing for rapid switching between 33 and 45 RPM.
