Within a 75 mile radius of the Falkirk Store. Additional charges may apply outside of this geographical area.
Premium Installation - £90.00
Installation must be onto existing furniture with no movement of infrastructure.
Connection of TV to existing aerial, Sky, Virgin or BT boxes as appropriate.
Connection of all other existing devices such as Blu Ray players and sound systems.
Connection to Wi-Fi network to facilitate use of smart features.
Testing of all wired source feeds.
Naming of all inputs to match devices connected.
Set Up of all catch up and on-demand services with existing accounts.
Calibration of picture and sound to client’s preference.
Programming of Sky or Virgin remote controls to frequency of TV.
Tidying of all cables as appropriate.
Removal and disposal of all packaging materials.
Demonstration of main features of new TV.
Use of loan TV should the need arise.
5 years home support.
We can assemble any new AV furniture purchased through ourselves. Additional fees apply and vary depending on the size and build-complexity of the stand or cabinet concerned.
Wall Mounting (All Screen Sizes)
Where a new TV has been purchased from us, we can, on request, provide a free site survey and quotation service if you would like to have your new TV installed on the wall. We are unable to quote for wall-mounting without first conducting a survey.

Basic Connection Only Service - £40
This service is offered to customers who would prefer to set up their TV themselves but need assistance unpacking their new TV and positioning it onto their furniture. A summary of this service is noted below.

The basic connection service does not include any in-home support. If, after delivery, additional assistance is required for any reason other than a mechanical defect then call out charges will apply.
