Store Closure – Final Update
It is with immense sadness that I announce our store will close for the last time on Saturday 20th September at 4pm. A ten-day clearance sale starts today during which we are targeting selling through all remaining stock together will all fixtures and fittings that remain on site. This includes all our remaining display stock which will be subject to additional discounts starting immediately. We have also concluded that it will not be possible to continue trading online.
It would be hugely helpful if this message and our subsequent social media posts in the coming days could be shared as widely as possible as we really need to trade as successfully as possible for these final few days. All products, including those sold from display are still supplied with their normal manufacturer warranties intact.
Key Dates:
Monday 15th September: Final day for ordering new stock from our suppliers
Saturday 20th September: Final Day for in store purchases
Friday 26th September: Final Date on which we can deliver purchases to customers’ homes
Warranties & Service:
All warranties, regardless of duration continue to be valid after we cease trading, please follow the guidance below if you need support with your purchase going forward.
Repairs Under Warranty:
Sony TVs and Soundbars: contact TVRS who are based in Blantyre on 01698 327700. They will require a copy of your proof of purchase.
Sony Headphones & Cameras: contact Sony Central Service who are based in Pencoed on 01656 867347. They will require a copy of your proof of purchase.
Sonos: contact Sonos UK on 0800 026 1526 or use that chat service at support.sonos.com/en-gb/contact
Other Audio Visual Brands: Please visit the relevant manufacturer website and select the option for contact or suppport
Euronics Purchases: Please contact McMichaels Alloa on 01259 724230 or Radio Music Store in Bannockburn on 01786 812420. Either of those stores will be able to provide you with the up to date telephone numbers or email addresses for suppliers. Please note that these businesses have no legal responsibility for items purchased from us but will normally be happy to point you in the right direction if you need warranty related assistance.
