If you are having difficulty with any Sony device, please feel free to make an appointment for an in store consultation. This service is provided free of charge where the item has been purchased from us and for a modest fee if you have purchased elsewhere. Where a repair is required, inside or outside of warranty, we will handle the process for you.
If your item is too bulky or awkward to bring in store - one of our technicians will be happy to visit you in home, for a small charge.
